Volunteer Registration
The volunteer crew is the spine of the expo. Placements are hands-on, credited, and consistently the fastest route into the industry for people starting out.
Who should apply
- Front of house, guest list and seating
- Backstage dressing and garment handling
- Steaming, repairs and wardrobe support
- Load-in, load-out and set assistance
What to submit
- Minimum age 18
- Availability for at least three shifts across the week
- Attendance at one pre-event briefing
- Comfortable working standing hours in a fast-paced environment
Deadline
Crew registration closes four weeks before opening night.
Fees
Unpaid. Meals, crew kit, credit and a full-access pass provided.
